the app provides discussion topics for couples to reflect on their emotions and thoughts by recommending to set the time for conversation.

Users reminded to go back to workshops/ worksheet to remember the a new point of view they gained, and reflect on how they felt to objectively observe themselves. Their thinking process of reflection begin to happen outside the app as well.
